Texture and flavor.
This gluten free bread can be toasted and eaten plain, with butter or dipped in olive oil. It’s delicious. I usually slice it and divided into small batches and freeze it. That allows me to take just a few pieces at a time. I absolutely love it and enjoy it every single time

Simply delicious. The gluten free bread has a fantastic consistency and flavor. I divided it and froze it. Then, I only take the slices that I am going to eat. This is the best I have tried in the United States.

In my search for a great loaf of gluten free bread, I came upon Frangipani. It’s exactly what I had been looking for! A crusty, dense bread that tastes delicious! Puts store bought GF to shame. You would never know that it’ GF. I only wish the bakery was near me (Ohio).
