Q. What is the delivery time from the time I place my order?

A. It depends on where you are located. Generally speaking, it takes 3-4 days to prepare and ship our handcrafted bread. This due to the 16 hour fermentation process. Goodness takes time.

Q. When will I recieve my order after it is shipped?

A. If you are in the local LA area, you can pick up your order in curbside pickup. Just send  us message and we will connect with you. We will have pickup points soon and we will keep you posted where and when. For the rest of you we ship nationwide. If you are on the West coast we will ship your order UPS or Fedex ground and you should receive it within 1-2 days.

Q.I live in the Midwest, South or East coast Can you ship to me? 

A. Yes! We will flash freeze your order and ship it 2 day Fedex with instructions how to finish bake it to like it just came out of the oven! * during the holiday season it hs been taking longer than 2 days..please plan accordingly.We have expedited deliveries available if you like and we suggest you order more than one loaf per order to mitigate the shipping cost.  

Q. I am gluten free, can I eat your bread? 

A. We cannot tell you that, but what we can tell you is that some of our customers tell us they are enjoying bread for the first time in years because sourdough is easier to digest than regular commercial yeast bread.

Q. Is your bread Organic?

A. Yes! We use Organic milled whole grain flours and where possible , locally milled ones.

Q.Can I get bread every month? 

A. Yes! We are starting a subscription plan soon.

Q.I'm allergic to nuts, can I eat your bread? 

A. Although we make many of our breads without nuts, we do make them in the same kitchen/equipment as the breads with nuts. Check with your medical professional.

Q. What are the shipping charges?

A. The shipping charges are calculated by the carriers based on weight of the package. You will see them populate in the checkout process.
