Einkorn Ancient Grain Loaf

Einkorn wheat is one of the oldest original wheat grains on earth! It has not been genetically modified and we use only Organic Einkorn flour from Italy. It has a chewy texture and a nutty flavor and is just plain delicious.

Due to the new tariffs imposed on goods from Italy, unfortunately, we have had to raise our price as our flour has increased 35%. Thanks fo  your understanding
