If you need gluten-free challah, I highly recommend buying several loaves and keeping them in the freezer. They freeze well and no one could tell they were 1) gluten-free, and 2) they came out of the freezer. The best part was they were delicious!

Addictive. Even if you aren’t gluten intolerant. Though I am. This new addition to the line up is truly delicious. I was thrilled to have it in time for the high holidays. I have been enjoying it every which way. That includes French toast!!!!!
