I have been looking for bakery that makes their bread with Einkorn flour and came upon Frangipani. This bread is outstanding!! I finally found the perfect loaf. I have a sensitivity to gluten but this bread does not upset my tummy. I highly recommend Frangipani!!!

I love love love this bread! It’s actually perfect. I’ve tried other einkorn bread that I’ve ordered online and it can’t compare to Frangipani’s. I’m sensitive to gluten and I can eat this bread without any digestive issues. The taste and texture is amazing, not dense like others that I’ve tried. Thank you Frannie, you got me hooked!
